I ordered my manuals from Amazon.com.
By mistake they only sent me Volume 1.
When I called to complain they apologized and immediately sent Volume 2 by messenger.

When I complained that I had originally paid for priority delivery and I had only gotten the full set 8 days later they agreed.

They said that I had not received the level of service that should be expected when dealing with their organization and credited me for all shipping charges. No excuses.

I was going to "support this site" and buy my Bentley manual on the link, but it showed that it would be 1-2 months until shipment(which incurs an extra shipping charge).

I checked Chris's charge and concur. The Eurovan manual is listed as shipping within 24 hours, the Vanagon within 3-5 days, but the Type II manual is given as 3-5 weeks. I concur this is unacceptable as they are NOT in short supply as evidenced by their availability at dealers and other vendors. The site owner has been notified and will, I'm sure, express this to Amazon.com.
