'84 Wolfsburg. My front wipers sometimes behave as if there is no power going to them. When they work, they work perfectly. All speeds work with no skipping or other problems. They work until I switch them off. The next time I turn them on, they may or may not work. I have replaced the fuse and inspected the connector in the steering column. Haven't noticed any pattern when they start or stop working. Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks.
